Pay Range: $48 - $53 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will interpret financial results, manage insightful accounting analyses, and contribute to special projects while maintaining stringent financial controls and procedures. This role involves close collaboration with the accounting manager and business managers to ensure compliance with financial policies and effective control evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft insightful accounting analysis and research financial anomalies.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reporting and analytical tools.
  • Generate reconciliations and account analyses in lower-risk areas.
  • Participate in the monthly financial statement close for assigned entities or divisions.
  • Implement appropriate accounting policies and procedures and recommend control improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting controls.
  • BA/BS degree in related field.

This role is pivotal for ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements and providing strategic insights to our finance department.
