Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Personal Business & Banking marketing team as a Bilingual Segments Marketing Manager, where you will play a crucial consultative role, driving data-driven marketing strategies to reach and engage key U.S. segments. In this role, you'll partner closely with segment and product teams, as well as external vendors and agencies, to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned and impactful, with a focus on driving growth in deposits and revenue. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential to develop and execute creative strategies that resonate with our diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate relationships across functional groups to grow key U.S. customer segments.
- Become a trusted partner to develop customer-centric and data-driven marketing integration for segments.
- Partner with Segment and Product teams to define goals and measure success through data-driven insights.
- Analyze performance data for marketing effectiveness and business alignment, recommending improvements.
- Manage project reporting, and coordinate with internal/external partners for creative execution.
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in a multicultural context.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
