Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  6+ Months 
Location: Oakland, CA (3 Days Hybrid)
Pay Range: $75 to $80/hour on W2

This role is responsible for guiding agile teams through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as part of a large-scale digital transformation program. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with overall program goals in a hybrid agile environment. You will act as a servant leader, fostering continuous improvement and driving successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach agile teams in Scrum ceremonies and best practices.
  • Bridge the gap between agile team execution and traditional PMO structures.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
  • Contribute to scaled agile events and team synchronization.
  • Manage team progress and reporting using agile tools.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile delivery.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or major ERP platforms.
  • Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and progress tracking.
  • This role requires experience within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) domain, specifically supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation or a large SAP support organization.
