Contract Type: W2 
Duration:  1 year
Location: Guilford, CT - 06437 (Onsite)
Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour on W2

Job Summary: 
This role involves contributing to cutting-edge R&D for clinical diagnostic assays using next-generation sequencing. You will be responsible for assay development, sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis within a collaborative team environment. The position emphasizes strict adherence to protocols and contributing to product validation for clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop novel next-generation sequencing assays for clinical diagnostics.
  • Perform sample preparation and operate specialized laboratory instruments.
  • Analyze experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Author study protocols and comprehensive project reports.
  • Contribute to product verification and validation activities.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in molecular biology techniques.
  • Experience with next-generation sequencing platforms.
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis and scientific reporting.

Domain / Industry Experience:
Experience in developing diagnostic assays for clinical laboratory settings is highly preferred.
