Job Summary:
Join our Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) Technology Team as a Staff Product Manager focusing on Salesforce. You'll lead strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution to enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring an efficient, seamless sales technology ecosystem through deep integrations with third-party tools. This pivotal role involves optimizing lead-to-cash processes and crafting delightful customer experiences by identifying needs, researching industry solutions, and setting comprehensive visions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for our core Salesforce instance.
  • Optimize the lead-to-cash process within Salesforce, improving lead capture, nurturing, quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition.
  • Integrate third-party tools to create a seamless sales technology ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and research industry solutions.
  • Lead the vision and strategy for creating an integrated customer experience that supports sales success.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record in Salesforce platform optimization.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Industry Experience Required:

  • Experience in platform and services ecosystem management, specifically enabling sales team efficiency and productivity.
