JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with our CRM Platforms Product Management team to design, develop and/or champion innovation with our Customer Relationship Management Platforms to provide new ways to delight our customers and deliver revenue for the company
- Facilitate joint design sessions to refine experience requirements
- Develop prototypes to gain alignment and acceptance
- Deliver new solutions at scale to personalize expert experiences
- Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch on time
- Solid knowledge and experience with Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Admin certification required, Service Cloud certification preferred
- Experience with Python, AWS Lambda, JavaScript, React, Java
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
