Pay Range: $50-$55 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, tasked with implementing our Salesforce CRM solutions globally. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including agile teams, to gather business requirements, develop user stories, and ensure the successful delivery of our CRM to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a proactive communicator, able to navigate the complexities of technical domains and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Develop user stories and process flows to guide Salesforce solution design and development.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements.
  • Lead solution design sessions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder meetings, prioritize tasks with the SCRUM master, and manage risks and issues.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong background in agile project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in technical domains and marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
