JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Should be able to analyze business requirements around salesforce sales cloud and be able to recommend better business and systems processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a production deployment with a focus on SFDC best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed functional & training documentation for requirement specifications.
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Marketo is required.
- Experience with WebServices Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals.
- Working knowledge of SFDC integration is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on the Salesforce platform in general
