Our client is seeking for a Salesforce Business Analyst where you'll be at the heart of redesigning and improving our Lead-to-Order processes and supporting systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, design solutions that align with industry best practices, and oversee the development and configuration of our Salesforce and marketing platforms. You'll bring a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to guide the integration and customization of our IT solutions, ensuring they meet our business objectives and enhance our sales and marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions for process improvements.
- Manage the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce and marketing platforms.
- Engage with business partners and product managers on Lead-to-Order initiatives, capturing and documenting requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the technology stack for marketing IT, supporting user acceptance testing and training.
- Participate in Agile planning events, contributing to sprint and release planning, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- In-depth experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Marketo.
- Strong business analysis capabilities, focusing on sales and marketing automation applications.
- Proven ability to work with Agile methodologies and offshore development teams.
- Experience in solution design for Lead-to-Order and lead lifecycle management processes.
- Implementation and enhancement of CPQ modules, including advanced knowledge of quoting, pricing, and product bundles.
