Pay Range: $50 - $52 per hour on W2


Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Adoption & Process Improvement Manager to join our Seller CRM team in Austin, TX. This role will be pivotal in enhancing the utilization of Salesforce within our organization by leading user adoption strategies and process improvements for Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce consultancy, be adept in business process design, and have skilled expertise in change management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with departments to identify and integrate Salesforce CRM process improvements.
  • Evaluate and optimize current processes using workflow mapping and business process discoveries.
  • Design and implement Lean methodologies to enhance future-state processes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Salesforce adoption strategies.
  • Facilitate training and support to maximize Salesforce platform benefits and user proficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce or CRM consultancy.
  • Proven experience in business process design and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Domain Experience:
  • Previous experience in Lead Management, Customer Support, Account Management, or Category Management is highly regarded. Salesforce certifications will be considered an advantage.
