Pay Range: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour

This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the NAM Sales Operations team by completing a variety of data-centric tasks. This role involves performing detailed data analysis to aid in pipeline management, forecasting, and monitoring sales performance metrics. The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in enhancing our CRM and BI tool reports, streamlining sales operations processes, and ensuring data accuracy and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis to support pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  • Own all weekly administrative forecasting tasks and prepare detailed reports and presentations for business reviews.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from Sales and Executive teams.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM (Salesforce) and BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker) reports.
  • Assist in automating and streamlining manual sales operations tasks and improve reporting accuracy.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, specifically in reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities, including pivot tables and complex formulae.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
