JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively call eBay Trading Card customers regarding current and possible eBay Vault opportunities
• Be an expert at eBay's Vault tools, and act as a consultant for the efficient use of these tools
• Understand eBay's top buyers and sellers and how to help them leverage the eBay Vault to meet their goals
• Drive results on campaigns through growth coaching, utilizing relationship and persuasion skills
• Document customer interactions in CRM and provide feedback to help improve the account management process and the eBay Vault

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Results-oriented and has demonstrated success in meeting targets
• Experience making 8+ calls an hour
• High comfort with using CRM tools
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Prior eBay, Trading Cards, and/or marketplace experience is preferred
