JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated SOC Engineer to join our global security team, focusing on monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats. This role involves acting as a vital part of our defense strategy, working on the front lines to protect our corporate and production environments. The position involves shift-based coverage, incident analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain and improve our security posture.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the first layer of defense by detecting incidents rapidly and responding effectively, including documentation and handover in a 24/7 shift environment.

Collaborate with stakeholder units for triaging, remediation of security incidents, and escalation, providing input for alert tuning.

Conduct in-depth investigations of security alerts related to phishing, malware, and compromised accounts, analyzing events and logs for correlation.

Stay informed on the latest attack techniques, recommending both automatic and manual remediation actions, utilizing OSINT, and engaging in Threat Hunting activities.

Develop and maintain security operation standards, procedures, and playbooks.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 security products, Azure/Entra, and Defender.

Skilled in identifying phishing and analyzing email security.

Experienced in using AV and EDR tools for threat detection and analysis.
