JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the liaison between Finance, Billing, and the IT development team
- Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
- Evaluate processes, data and systems using a systematic, disciplined and data-driven approach
- Propose change to policy/process when necessary to move forward with new designs
- Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues and gaps
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in High Tech Industry in Order to Cash area
- Should possess excellent understanding of processes in Sales Order processing, Quotations, pricing, billing, and invoicing
- 10+ years of SAP SD / CRM / BRIM Functional experience on S4 HANA or SAP ECC
- Must have experience in SAPs integration with non-SAP systems like Salesforce, Siebel, Vertex
- Hands on experience in JIRA and Confluence Experience in Agile Methodology is must
