JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale technology programs/projects impacting enterprise product strategy.
- Oversee SAP Success Factors rollout and manage replacement of HCM platform and processes.
- 10+ years of program/project management.Proven track record in supporting end-to-end ERP implementations, including SAP, S4Hana, or similar systems, showcasing adeptness in navigating complexities and challenges.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, enabling effective management of tasks, resources, and timelines, with a strong foundation in best practices.
- Leadership in Agile teams for over 8 years, applying Scrum principles.
- Extensive experience leading technology efforts in large-scale matrix organizations for 5+ years.
- Proficient in Jira/Confluence, Agile methodologies, ServiceNow, MS Project Online, Cloud, DevOps, SaaS/PaaS, Slack, MS Teams, and MS Office tools
