Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Sunnyvale, CA, Onsite – 5 Days/Week (Local Candidates Only)
Pay Range: $75 - $80 on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Team Member – Leasing / RAR to support SAP Finance development initiatives focused on Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) and Equipment Leasing. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP ABAP and Fiori development experience, expertise in SAP Finance integrations, and the ability to design, develop, test, and support high-quality SAP solutions aligned with clean-core development standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance SAP ABAP solutions supporting Leasing, RAR, and Finance/Logistics processes.
  • Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, CDS Views, OData Services, and integration objects.
  • Build and support SAP Fiori applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Analyze functional specifications and prepare technical design documents.
  • Perform unit testing, support UAT, troubleshoot defects, and resolve production issues.
  • Debug and optimize standard and custom SAP applications for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and onshore/offshore development teams to deliver project milestones.
  • Maintain technical documentation, transport management, and development standards aligned with SAP clean-core principles.
Must-have Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development.
  • Experience developing SAP Fiori applications and SAP BTP solutions.
  • Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
  • Knowledge of Equipment Leasing, Sales Leasing, or Operational Leasing business processes.
  • Strong experience with SAP FI/CO and SAP SD modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, BADIs, User Exits, IDocs, RFCs, OData Services, and CDS Views.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, production support, and defect resolution.
  • Ability to prepare technical design documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) development.
  • Knowledge of SAP clean-core architecture and SAP best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SAP Finance transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with transport management and release management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering SAP Finance, Leasing, or RAR implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and enterprise application development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite, collaborative environment.
