Pay Range: $27 - $30 per hour on W2 basis

Job Summary:
This role demands a detail-oriented professional to handle inbound calls, analyze financial data, and resolve complex risk and fraud inquiries for payment processing merchants. The specialist will be responsible for investigating merchant cases, mitigating financial risks, and ensuring excellent customer service. A strong analytical ability is crucial for identifying fraud patterns and trends while adhering to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls addressing financial and fraud concerns.
  • Review merchant accounts for fund release and balance collection.
  • Investigate and assist with chargeback disputes.
  • Analyze transaction data for fraud and risk identification.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in risk or financial call centers.
  • Strong customer service and de-escalation abilities.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in the financial services or payment processing industry is highly preferred.
