Job Summary: 
We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on streamlining order management processes and enhancing vendor and sales team collaborations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing incoming orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and strengthening relationships with internal and external partners. You will leverage your analytical skills and CRM expertise to drive process improvements and provide exceptional support to our sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage incoming orders, coordinating with sales, vendors, and revenue departments.
  • Support and develop vendor and contractor partnerships, including managing escalations and resolving workflow issues.
  • Provide daily guidance and training sessions to sales teams to ensure best practices.
  • Own and maintain training documentation and operational playbooks.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, acting as the operational voice for feedback and process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong data analysis and process documentation skills.
  • Advanced communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Industry Experience:

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, sales support, or similar roles, preferably within advertising or SaaS business models.
