Pay Range: $95 - $98 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
As a Revenue Operations Lead for client Experiences, you'll be instrumental in devising and implementing strategies that enhance growth across Acquisition, Onboarding, Account Management, and Vendor teams. You'll leverage data-driven insights to support the RevOps model, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving scalable efficiency across markets. Your role involves close collaboration with global and regional teams, continuous improvement of processes, and the implementation of tools and programs to optimize host acquisition, retention, and overall business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute supply strategies for client Experiences, optimizing host acquisition and retention.
  • Enable cross-functional team execution, ensuring alignment with strategies and goals.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform leadership decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Define, track, and refine performance metrics and KPIs to maximize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering to automate tooling and improve team efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced analytics and proficiency with BI tools.
  • Experience with B2B and SMB sales cycles and tools.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Industry Experience Required:
Prior experience in marketplace growth, supply operations, or consulting, preferably with exposure to performance marketing, partnerships, and sales execution.
