JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with finance, IT, operations and reporting teams to manage the existing revenue automation tool with daily, monthly and quarterly tasks and ad hoc issue resolution.
- Support ongoing maintenance of existing revenue automation platform while new platform is being built. Support eventual decommissioning of existing platform.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
- Support UAT efforts for enhancements and upgrades.
- Support business users with defect identification, prioritization and support for resolution.
- Knowledge of revenue (ASC 606) and other general accounting concepts. Ability to discuss these topics with non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with revenue automation systems (RevPro, RAR, RevStream, RevSym, or other)
- Expert Excel and data mining capabilities
- Problem solving mindset with ability to deep dive into issues and support their resolution
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple tasks and proactively organize to achieve success with quarter end close timelines
