JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with finance, IT, operations, and reporting teams to manage the existing revenue automation tool with daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks and ad hoc issue resolution.
- Support ongoing maintenance of the existing revenue automation platform while the new platform is being built; lead quarter-end close processes for the revenue automation platform.
- Support the eventual decommissioning of the existing platform.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
- Support UAT efforts for enhancements and upgrades along with business users with defect identification, prioritization,support for the resolution and support audit schedule preparation and work with external and internal auditors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of revenue (ASC 606) and other general accounting concepts. Ability to discuss these topics with non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience with revenue automation systems (RevPro, RAR, RevStream, RevSym, or other)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to deep dive into issues and support their resolution. Expert Excel and data mining capabilities
- Understanding of quote-to-collect processes and go-to-market initiatives
- Experience with SAP S4 Hanna, Business Objects, and QlikView, a plus.
