Job Summary:
Join the Workday team as a Technical Writer and contribute to the development of high-quality documentation for the next generation of enterprise business applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create technical content, maintain release publications, and ensure consistent style and tone. If you have excellent writing skills, a background in technical writing, and a passion for delivering clear and concise content, we invite you to bring your expertise to Workday and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with editorial, development, and customer support teams to create high-quality technical content.
2. Draft and edit release notes and publications, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
3. Review user interface (UI) text for consistent tone and style.
4. Work as an integral part of the product team, balancing multiple projects.
5. Prepare content for online delivery and contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent.
• Experience with XML authoring tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to style guides, tools, and processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
