Job Summary:
As an Automation System Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing manufacturing information systems, improving manufacturing success rates, and ensuring zero downtime. You will contribute to project completion, develop plans, and lead small project teams. Your expertise in automation engineering, change control, and data integrity will be instrumental in supporting the company's goals and helping patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage manufacturing information systems, including routine and preventive maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  2. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and system support documentation.
  3. Collaborate with operations and automation engineers to perform user account and audit trail reviews.
  4. Assist with compliance activities such as data gathering, records retention, and periodic reviews.
  5. Support project management by contributing to strategy, methodologies, and project tracking.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Computerized systems or programming-related education or experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and training abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Understanding of programming and proficiency in at least one language.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, Windows servers, and virtualization.
  • Experience in writing software test plans, user requirements, and system design.
