Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfactions goals. Provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Prepare forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects, provide guidance to meet objectives.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Forecast and plan resource requirements (people, financial and technology)
- Manage projects and other activities for increasing operational efficiencies, change in business strategies or in support of operational imperatives.
- Bachelors with minimum 5 yrs experience or Masters Degree with 3+ years experience
- Demonstrated experience in commercial / customer facing roles across the business
- Knowledge of the workings of manufacturing, and associated processes
- Experience working in Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} environment
- Specific experience managing pharmaceutical/technical/medical devices projects
