The Manager, Business Analyst role will support IT-related strategic initiatives at the site by working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and collaborating with Digital Solution Areas to determine solution fit within the current systems portfolio. The position will lead site-specific projects and assist with the implementation of global standard solutions at the site. The role will facilitate and provide ongoing monitoring of support for all Digital systems and services used at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with site business clients and operating units to understand and analyze business process requirements
- Engage with the business to identify and define scope for continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Digital Solution Areas to determine solution fit within the current and future systems portfolio
- Perform analysis, design, and drive development/implementation of continuous improvement solutions
- Ensure complete and proper execution of Digital-related systems and services operational processes
Must-Have Skills:
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 5 years' demonstrated experience in IT systems/infrastructure
- Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- Software Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile
