Job Description

As a Data Analyst within the Site Transformation & Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to support the operations of a large manufacturing facility. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and database management will contribute to the development of key performance indicators and process improvement strategies. By utilizing your technical skills and business acumen, you will help optimize statistical efficiency and quality, ultimately supporting Pharmaceutical in achieving its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interpret data and provide ongoing reports using statistical techniques.
  2. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies.
  3. Acquire and maintain data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  4. Identify trends and patterns in data sets, and present findings to management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business and information needs and identify process improvement opportunities.
Must-Have Skills:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least eight years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Proficiency in reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects) and databases (e.g., SQL).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in the manufacturing/technical support service areas, preferably in the Life Sciences/Pharma industry.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing policies, processes, and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Operational Excellence tools and driving process efficiencies.
