The successful candidate will develop, lead, and manage the aseptic training organization, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive process improvement projects. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and manage the aseptic training organization, including observations, SOPs, training curricula, and metrics.
- Ensure facilities within operations are compliant with regulatory requirements, manage cleaning activities for shutdowns, and initiate change control for facility upgrades.
- Ensure aseptic practices, training, equipment, and facilities adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Create and track performance metrics, investigate and address aseptic deviations, and implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop and implement standard work to streamline training and improve cycle times in manufacturing, inspection, and packaging.
- High school diploma with ten years of experience or equivalent education/experience combination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tactful, persuasive, and assertive human relations skills.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, and production processes, and inspection practices.
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects to established timelines.
