Pay Range: $40 - $42 per hour

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Resource Management Partner, where your role will be crucial in managing and optimizing our organization's financial and vendor resources. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets aligned with our goals, analyzing financial trends, and managing vendor relations to support our marketing business unit. By driving strategic monthly discussions on budget and vendor strategies and ensuring fiscal compliance, you'll play a key role in our financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive annual budgets in collaboration with department heads, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor budget performance, conduct a detailed financial analysis for cost-efficiency, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Leverage Power BI for T&E and headcount tracking, providing insights for strategic planning.
  • Forecast financial needs using historical data and projections, ensuring accuracy in budget management systems.
  • Manage the procurement process efficiently, including PO Accruals, invoice approval, and vendor governance.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial data effectively.
