JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst for our Marketing department, possessing 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau and Excel queries to contribute to our data analytics and visualization efforts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to produce actionable insights, designing compelling Tableau dashboards, and generating detailed reports to support business decision-making and strategic planning. This role entails not only managing and optimizing Tableau workbooks and ensuring data integrity but also automating reporting processes and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to address data needs effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience level: 3 years of Hands- on experience with Tableau and excel queries.

1. A Reporting Analyst with Tableau is responsible for leveraging Tableau to collect, analyze, and visualize data, transforming it into actionable insights that support business decision-making.
2. This role involves gathering data from various sources, designing and developing Tableau dashboards, and creating detailed reports that help track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support strategic planning.
3. The Reporting Analyst collaborates with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and delivers both regular and ad-hoc reports that are visually compelling and easy to interpret.
4. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing Tableau workbooks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, automating reporting processes, and providing training or support to other team members in using Tableau. This position plays a vital role in driving data-driven insights and enhancing the organization's analytical capabilities.
5. Efficiency in SQL , running SQL queries
6. HM expects candidate to showcase their work through Design samples/Dashboard examples built using Tableau/SQL.

• Proficiency in Tableau and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong capability in SQL for data extraction and query management.
• Demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable insights and visual stories.
