Frame.io is seeking a Renewal Manager to join their team and own the relationships with Frame.io Enterprise Customers. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for customers, managing renewals and expansions, and building partnerships. The ideal candidate has account management experience in a similar industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for video creation.

Frame.io is seeking a Renewal Manager to join their team and own the relationships with Frame.io Enterprise Customers. - Own the Frame.io Customer relationship and ensure an exceptional experience
- Partner with Customer Success Manager to onboard new Enterprise Customers
- Build and grow partnerships with Frame.io customers
- Maintain an active pipeline of renewals and expansions
- Collaborate with sales and success teams to create account plans and execute growth strategy
- 1-2 years of relevant Account Management experience
- Experience generating a pipeline and identifying expansion opportunities
- Confidence in managing SaaS renewal sales cycles
- Prefer university degree and above
- Minimum requirement: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
