JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, particularly within IT sectors, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, from interviewing to onboarding, and will be skilled in conducting exit interviews and handling employee status changes. This role demands a high level of creativity, extensive experience, and the ability to lead and direct others, all while working under the guidance of a department head or manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading recruitment efforts, including interviewing, reference checks, and making job offers.
• Overseeing the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
• Conducting exit interviews and efficiently processing changes in employee status.
• Utilizing extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals in alignment with company's practices and procedures.
• May require leading and directing the work of others, upholding a high standard of leadership and team coordination.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment and understanding of technical skillsets.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in HR or related field.
• Strong leadership abilities with creative problem-solving skill
