Pay Range: $30.33 - $33.30 per hour

Job Summary:
Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is in search of a seasoned Recruiter to drive our growth through strategic recruitment for intern and new college graduate roles. This role encompasses full-cycle recruiting, working closely with hiring teams and leadership to align talent acquisition with business needs. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage high-volume recruiting, maintain strong relationships across functions, and actively contribute to our global talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise hiring teams on talent demand, industry trends, and staffing strategies.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance, focusing on an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Host strategy meetings with hiring teams to align on recruitment plans and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, and Compensation, to enhance recruiting efforts.
  • Implement, manage, and refine recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent while championing client's culture.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Smart Recruiters preferred.
  • Extensive experience with social media and professional networks for sourcing efforts, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Domain Experience Required:

  • Previous recruiting experience within the FinTech industry highly desirable, especially in hiring for Early Careers programs.
