Job Summary:
The client is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with a specialization in the Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) process to ensure streamlined recruitment and immigration workflow compliance with federal regulations. The role demands coordination with various departments to uphold immigration standards and efficient recruitment operations. An ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track PERM cases using Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance and efficient candidate management.
  • Partner with Immigration, Global Mobility, and Legal teams for Labor Market Test adherence.
  • Act as the go-to contact for PERM process inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Scope role parameters and expectations with Hiring Managers, leading Hiring Strategy Meetings.
  • Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes for better efficiency and compliance.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of the PERM process and federal immigration regulations.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Looking for a 4 to 7 plus years of experience
Industry Experience Required:
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on immigration processes is essential.
  • A strong background in managing high-volume recruitment pipelines preferable.
