JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monthly reconciliation & seller payments for all incentive programs
Collaborate with the Reconciliation Manager, Finance & Controllership teams to ensure all reconciliation tasks & payouts are completed in a timely manner
Work with Category Managers and their sellers to address issues with payment disputes
Responsible for end of month checks for all incentive programs
Responsible for uploading weekly contract data and ensuring seller information for subsidy payouts and statements are up-to date
SFCs:
Partner with the SFCs Operations Manager to understand deliverables for coupons campaigns and execute against the plan
Work with Category Managers and their sellers to secure & review items and send coupon contracts
Monitor, track and communicate progress of coupon deliverables to the SFC Operations Manager + take corrective measures (if needed) to ensure deadlines are met

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Expert in MS-Excel and Salesforce (HIVE instance preferred)
Strong time management skills, including the discipline to get things done in ambiguous situations and the ability to work on multiple projects and navigate multiple partner engagements simultaneously
You are self-motivated, efficient, independent and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the sense of responsibility for the flawless execution of assigned tasks
Effective communication skills and experience working with cross-functional partners
