Job Summary:
This role focuses on executing end-to-end quantitative UX research for partner-facing initiatives and expanding site intercept survey operations. You will analyze large datasets, design and deploy surveys, and deliver executive-ready insights to inform product prioritization and international growth. The position requires independent contribution with a strong emphasis on bridging partner research needs with operational survey execution.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative partner research and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Quantify the impact of site experience improvements on business metrics.
- Design, deploy, and manage multi-locale site intercept surveys.
- Analyze large feedback datasets using SQL to identify key drivers.
- Synthesize findings into clear, concise executive-level readouts.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in quantitative UX research design and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with site intercept survey operations and tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and extraction.
Industry Experience:
- This role requires experience in the travel or e-commerce industry, specifically in partner or supply-side research within a marketplace context.
