Contract Type: W2
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Santa Clara, CA - 95054 (Onsite)
Pay Range: $51.50 - $56.50 per hour on W2

Job Summary: This role is responsible for independently leading complex investigations into quality issues and driving resolutions for nonconformances, CAPAs, and customer complaints. The successful candidate will ensure product quality and regulatory compliance through strong technical judgment and cross-functional teamwork. Additionally, this position will focus on enhancing quality processes through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end CAPA activities, including root cause analysis and verification.
  • Conduct complex customer complaint investigations and failure analyses.
  • Drive cross-functional teams toward timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and improvement of quality system processes.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product investigations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Industry: Experience in regulated industries such as cGMP or ISO 13485 is preferred.
