JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform fault isolation and preliminary failure analysis to identify root cause.
- Develop and track field return metrics and escalate/mitigate risks. Review and analyze failure reports from third party labs.
- Maintain and oversee calibration of analysis/test equipment. Lead continuous improvement projects and establish early warning system for new products.
- BS/MS degree in Engineering discipline.
- 3 years of experience testing and troubleshooting in consumer electronics.
- Solid understanding of testing and diagnostic techniques.
- Experience coordinating fault isolation and corrective action systems.
