Job Summary: This role focuses on understanding user needs and behaviors through in-depth qualitative research to inform product development. You will meticulously plan and execute various research methodologies to gather critical user insights. The goal is to translate these findings into actionable strategies that enhance product design and user experience.

- Partner with product and design teams.
- Present research findings to stakeholders.
- Champion user needs in product strategy.
- Expertise in qualitative UX research methodologies.
- Ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in technology or software product development is preferred for this role.
