JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team supports Constellation and GenAI 1P Tooling teams. Both teams create products that support parts of the workflow of getting insights to product teams to make decisions.
- GenAI 1P Tooling specifically focuses on using AI to solve this, and is a newer team, and Constellation has been around for a while, and has a few products that address this workflow, primarily focused on UXRs.
- Year of Experience: 2 – 5
- Ability to write scripts for and run methods, with the appropriate level of rigor and create compelling deliverables.
- UXR should be sufficient for most studies.
- Research Methods: Usability, RITE, Concept Evaluation, Interview, Literature Reviews, Competitive Analyses.
- Research Deliverables: Decks/Docs, depending on study needs, including findings and insights, supporting data and quotes.
