- Leveraging your experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies to streamline product development and management processes.
- Providing expert technical support and guidance to clients in utilizing our 3D products efficiently.
- Engaging with our user community, fostering strong relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Employing your proficiency with Adobe tools (After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Express, Lightroom, Acrobat) to assist in product support and development tasks.
- Collaborating closely with the product management team to identify, report, and resolve product issues, ensuring exceptional product quality.
- Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA.
- Extensive experience in customer support, engagement, and technical assistance.
- Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and Acrobat.
