Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for a QA Engineer with expertise in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) or similar tools to ensure the highest quality of our Certinia-based applications and integrations. In this role, you will be pivotal in testing new features, maintaining high functionality and performance of applications, and collaborating with various teams to meet and exceed business requirements. Your expertise will drive the continuous improvement of our QA processes and testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in financial or professional services automation (PSA) solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed test plans and strategies for Certinia applications.
- Perform hands-on manual and automated testing across various modules.
- Manage regression and integration testing to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Document and track defects, maintaining effective communication with development and product teams.
- Enhance and maintain test environments, ensuring reliability and accuracy in testing.
- Hands-on experience with Certinia or FinancialForce PSA systems.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Java).
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce platform.
Experience in financial or professional services automation (PSA) solutions is highly desirable.
