JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead cross-functional collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional support to our community.
- Provide operational insights and conduct root cause analyses to identify opportunities for improvement within Aircover Scaled Operations.
- Support the creation and execution of operational playbooks, ensuring best practices and risk mitigation strategies are up-to-date and effective.
- Maintain, restore, and improve documentation and processes related to product operations including policies and procedures.
- Track and prioritize Aircover Scaled Ops initiatives, contributing to the development of a high-impact operational roadmap.
- Strong project management experience with a focus on operational change processes and analysis.
- Proven ability to manage performance discussions across functional or regional teams, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional documentation and presentation skills, capable of creating clear and comprehensive operational guides and playbooks.
