JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The client is seeking a Project and Program Manager to oversee strategic information security projects within the Information Security team.
- The role involves coordinating with global and cross-functional teams to execute projects from conception to closure, utilizing Agile methodology, and ensuring security excellence is achieved across multiple domains.
- The successful candidate will have a key role in developing project plans, managing risks, and establishing change management processes, aiming to enhance the company’s security posture.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure successful project completion, maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Regularly report on project status, addressing scope changes and identifying key risks and escalations.
- Implement effective risk management and conflict resolution strategies to navigate project dependencies.
- Craft and execute change management plans, facilitating project handover and capturing lessons learned.
- Proven expertise in managing information security projects within large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, compliance requirements, and privacy frameworks. Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
