Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to coordinate and complete projects/programs, overseeing all aspects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports for upper management. This role requires a proven ability to work independently with a high degree of creativity and latitude in planning and executing goals. The ideal candidate will lead and direct work efforts, ensuring timely delivery and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and complete projects/programs on time.
  • Oversee project progress, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines.
  • Monitor progress and summarize the status of projects/programs.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding project status.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, ensuring project goals are met.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expertise in MS Projects and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong familiarity with Smartsheets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Industry Experience Required:
  • At least 7 years of experience in project/program management, preferably with a background in design engineering/design management-permitting.
