Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project/Program Manager III to manage end-to-end consumer research studies that support content strategy and business decision-making. This role will own multiple research initiatives from study design through final recommendations, leveraging survey research, consumer insights, and data analysis to provide actionable findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver with strong research methodology experience, exceptional report writing skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of consumer research studies from planning through reporting.
  • Design, manage, and execute quantitative and qualitative research projects.
  • Develop surveys and oversee research execution using survey platforms.
  • Analyze survey data and synthesize findings into meaningful insights.
  • Write detailed research reports and executive summaries with actionable recommendations.
  • Triangulate data from multiple research sources to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present research findings to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage multiple concurrent research projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support product and content decisions.
  • Ensure research quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of insights.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in consumer research, market research, or insights.
  • Experience owning end-to-end research studies.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
  • Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience developing business recommendations from research findings.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
