Job Summary:
This role requires a hands-on Technical Program Manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery of interconnected design automation software tools. You will own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring stakeholder alignment and unblocking engineering teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid leadership capacity, bridging technical execution and strategic product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or CAD/BIM industry is highly preferred, with familiarity with Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D being a significant advantage.

- Manage dependencies and integration points between teams and external partners.
- Facilitate a streamlined decision-making process with all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks.
- Define and report on key delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing software product backlogs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with software development teams.
- Strong background in technical program or product management.
