Job Summary:
The Project/Program Manager I will support cross-functional teams by managing project timelines, coordinating launch readiness activities, facilitating meetings, and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership, making strong communication, organization, and execution skills essential. The role is onsite five days a week and may require limited weekend support during the holiday season.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Manage project launch and operational readiness activities.
  • Lead daily standups and weekly project review meetings.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and action items.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Communicate project status to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Support seasonal initiatives and holiday launch programs.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Asana or Jira to track work.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 2–4 years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Asana or Jira is preferred.
  • Demonstrates Amazon Leadership Principles such as Bias for Action and Customer Obsession.
