JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Planning: Reviews project/program requirements. Ensures all project stakeholders understand the overall objectives and timeline. Defines project/program success criteria. Verifies all necessary information related to project/program are documented.
- Executing Program Processes: Monitors execution progress and ensures deliverable quality, communicating with stakeholders as needed. Resolves operational conflicts and elevates more complex conflicts to Director. Monitors progress against project/program success criteria and escalates concerns to Director.
- Change Management: Implements change approach, strategy and plan for projects/programs as needed. Consults with managers, stakeholder teams and other change leaders as needed. Documents changes in a streamlined fashion and sends updates to changes as needed.
- Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams across the to organization to ensure successful implementation for projects. Collaborates with stakeholders regarding project scope, risks and dependencies.
- Organizational Procedure: Understands importance of business-critical tasks, updates, and situations and effectively and swiftly communicates/documents the changes as necessary. Works with the Director to understand sensitivity and send parameters.
