JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and scope out multiple labeling projects in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Drive labeling workflows and projects success metrics and timeline.
- Scope and define strategies for robust data collection at scale, contributing to data labeling and annotation efforts.
- Work cross-functionally to build datasets that support Product and Engineering, while collecting and analyzing results.
- Engage in strategic discussions to identify problems while measuring and improving the quality of workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve tooling, processes and implement scalable solutions.
- Help establish team labeling goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results.
- Directly manage the day to day, workflows, and metrics of a vendor team responsible for data labeling efforts.
- 2+ years of experience managing labeling projects for machine learning or quality assurance, survey design, experimental design and/or taxonomy/ontology.
- Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative.
- Experience working with large data sets and keeping the quality high.
- Experience in Excel and/or SQL.
- Impeccable communication and relationship-building skills.
- Avid user of Pinterest, with a solid understanding of our product.
