JOB SUMMARY:
Join our Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE) Team as a Staff Non-Technical Product Manager to spearhead our next-generation, points-based partner program, focusing on pricing, tiering, benefits, and incentives infrastructure. You'll design, operationalize systems and workflows, and collaborate across teams to bring our Benefits Marketplace vision to life. This role is critical as we transition to a platform-first approach, redefining partner value and scalability within our ecosystem.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Tiering System Ownership: Lead the design and evolution of our tiering framework, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Benefits & Incentives Strategic Execution: Co-lead the Benefits Marketplace rollout, defining the operational process and automation for partner benefits across tiers.
Program Infrastructure & Data Governance: Work with product and data teams to ensure system alignment and data integrity across partner management tools.
Cross-functional Alignment & Governance: Drive program governance, aligning with legal, finance, and compliance to ensure program integrity.
Operational Scaling & Process Design: Identify process automation opportunities and refine SOPs for efficient program management.
Must have Skills
Deep experience in partner programs or GTM operations within a B2B SaaS or technology platform environment.
Proven success in leading and launching pricing, tiering, or loyalty frameworks.
Strong operational systems understanding with experience in relevant tooling (e.g., Salesforce, PRM systems)
Industry Experience:
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology platforms, or financial services preferred. Familiarity with dynamic points or engagement scoring systems highly desirable.
This position is crucial for intuitively designing and scaling our partner program infrastructure, aiming for a seamless, rewarding partner experience that drives mutual success. Fully remote and offers the potential for conversion to full-time employment for the right candidate.
